Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SKOOLLOOP app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, ADVERT MEDIA LIMITED grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the SKOOLLOOP app for your personal use only. You agree not to use the app for any commercial purposes.
User Content
You are solely responsible for any content that you transmit through the app. You retain intellectual property rights to any data uploaded to the application.
Intellectual Property
The SKOOLLOOP app and all content and materials contained therein, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, and software, are the property of ADVERT MEDIA LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the app or any content therein.
Privacy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines our data collection and usage practices. By using the SKOOLLOOP app, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Termination
Advert Media does not terminate users accounts for the Skoolloop Application. However, a school administrator may revoke your access to their schools data at their discretion, for any reason.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SKOOLLOOP APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ADVERT MEDIA LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ADVERT MEDIA LIMITE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ADVERT MEDIA LIMITED BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS AND DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SKOOLLOOP APP.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought in the courts of New Zealand.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the SKOOLLOOP app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
